About 50% of folk with an internet connection (seriously - who doesn't these days!?) play games online.
Card-carrying Millennials and Generation Z are bonkers about these games - as well as social media and self-improvement - so recruitment gamification is especially good at attracting these peeps.

How PwC reached boss-level recruitment gaming
PwC have out-right lapped the competition when it comes to using games for recruitment.
Sounding more like a trick involving multiple forward rolls than a must-have recruitment resource, 'Multipoly' has already had an epic effect on PwC's hiring.
Multipoly is based on its own swish website and gives potential applicants a cheeky taster of life at PwC. The game puts players into teams, sets 'quarterly goals', ranks for task accomplishment and lets players chat with company coaches.
Players are put into teams and tasked with solving problems that are part of a typical day at PwC. They're given a simulated job interview, and can test their mettle for roles including consultant, senior consultant and manager.
It takes everything players have - business, digital and relational skills - to become a Multipoly master.
As any '80s kid will tell you - points win prizes. So, the highest scorers within the set time limit get a flashy new Apple gadget, as well as a tester for a job offer 'formal training'.
Players also earn extra points for getting their besties involved, encouraging them to share the game on Facebook, Twitter or just about anywhere else.
